Here is a selection of some of the work we’ve produced.
Settle - Annual Report
Settle the housing association submit a yearly report for their customers to see where they spend their money. This year, they decided to bring some of the report to life using video. Here we see a settle resident asking Joe, head of housing, questions about the annual report.
The Lancashire Gourmet Hog Roast Company
Providing the catering for many events in Lancashire, the company also provided the catering for RS Events open day. Whilst we were covering the event, the company decided they wanted a “Meet the Team” set of videos to use on their social media pages and website. Here is one of those videos.
Mama Baby Bliss
MBB has created an online subscription programme for expectant and new mums. We filmed a series of instructional videos from baby massage to post-partum stretches. These were included alongside some short pre-filmed clips that the client had filmed herself. Here is a trailer advertising the programme.
The Signing Company
The Signing Company are a long returning client. They needed a fresh promo video advertising for franchisee owners. We filmed a couple of classes in action and then Becky did a piece to camera whilst signing. Here is one of 2 videos we created for her website.
The Orchard at Fairfield Park
Covid-19 brought a lot of changes for us all. The Orchard had been closed for almost 4 months and they were about to reopen with lots of new changes. They realised the best way to get all this information across to their customers was to create a promo video. This has been shared many times on social media and has even brought new customers into the restaurant. It has since relocated to new premises.
The Orchard at Vanstone Park
The sister company to The Orchard at Fairfield Park had also been closed for 4 months due to the pandemic and was about to reopen for the first time. Intended for social media, the video brief was to be quick, informative and reassure customers of all the new safety measures.
Boffin Media Training Video
Amongst their science journalism work, Boffin Media run a training course giving organisations the skills and confidence on how to be interviewed for radio, print or television. They needed an internal, somewhat tongue in cheek video, demonstrating how TV news interviews are put together.
Sports Therapy UK - Level 4 Sports Massage
STUK offer 5 different levels to their sports massage training. To drum up interest for the Level 4 course we worked with STUK to produce a testimonial video with past students. This video helps give an overview of the course, what to expect and why it made a difference to the students. The film is on their website and is shown to other prospective students.
NHS Future Heroes
Your Nursing Placement
Part of the NHS recruitment drive, the Future Heroes project is aimed at encouraging students to apply for NHS jobs. Your nursing placement was a film for the University of Hertfordshire’s open day for new students starting their nursing placements.
It took a lot of organising but we managed to get some students (who were on their summer holidays) to come back to their placements to talk about their courses. Working alongside Dan The Scribbler, we included some infographics to help make the video more interesting.
BeActive Clinic
The BeActive Clinic in Hertford were soon to be launching their new website and needed several videos for it. Spending the day at the clinic allowed us to film demos of the services in action, get client feedback and interview the staff on each service.
The final product was 6 films and 1 saved for a later date. Since this, BeActive have become a returning client from new videos to small editing jobs.
Happy Little Yogi
This project was a children’s yoga DVD for children aged 4-11. The client also wanted a complete re-brand and t-shirts made. Here we enlisted the help of The Scribbler where he designed their new logo, website and DVD booklet.
It was a lovely quirky project and the filming was done all in one day! It was a long day for the children but the results were amazing and the feedback has been just as lovely!
The DVD is now on sale in the UK and USA.
